Initiate a Return Request
Contact our customer support team via email or phone within 30 days of delivery to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack Your Equipment
Carefully repack the items in their original factory packaging, including all manuals, cables, and accessories to prevent damage during transit.
Affix Shipping Label
Securely attach the provided return shipping label to the outside of the box, ensuring the RMA number is clearly visible for our receiving department.
Receive Your Refund
Once our technicians inspect the returned gear, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method, typically processed within 5-7 business days.
